Ploutos is an international commodities company active in selected energy, fertilizer, industrial and agricultural markets. Based in Istanbul, we work through established commercial relationships with producers, refineries, titleholders and end sellers across international markets.
Our business is selective by design. We proceed only where the supply position, counterparty authority and transaction structure can be clearly established. Product availability, commercial terms, documentation, payment security, inspection requirements and logistics are reviewed before any commercial commitment is made.
We do not circulate unverified offers or participate in extended intermediary chains. Contracting parties, responsibilities and procedures are defined from the outset, keeping commercial terms, documentation and operational steps aligned throughout the transaction. Our focus is on workable transactions and commercial relationships that can be sustained over time.

TRANSACTION FRAMEWORK
Each transaction begins with a defined requirement and a review of the counterparties, supply position and proposed commercial structure. We proceed only when the essential terms are clear and the transaction is capable of execution.
01. COUNTERPARTY & REQUIREMENT REVIEW
The prospective buyer submits a defined product requirement together with the relevant corporate information, including an LOI and CIS/KYC documentation. Counterparty standing, product specification, quantity, destination, delivery basis and proposed payment instrument are reviewed before the enquiry is advanced.
02. COMMERCIAL ALIGNMENT
Where the requirement is workable, the applicable supply channel and transaction procedure are identified. Availability, specification, price basis, delivery terms, inspection requirements and payment conditions are set out for review and aligned before either party proceeds.
03. CONTRACT & EXECUTION
Following due diligence and agreement on the commercial framework, the relevant contracting parties proceed to the definitive Sale and Purchase Agreement. Documentation, inspection, logistics and payment are carried out in accordance with the agreed procedure and contractual terms.
